Usage:  Benzoin Resinoid is believed to be an antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, astringent, sedative and expectorant. In massage oil is a stress-reliever, relaxant and mood enhancer. Used in bathing, inhalation, massage, skin care, vaporizer/diffuser and perfumery. It is recommended to place the bottle in a very hot water bath, changing the water frequently and once it is back to the liquid state, gently agitate before use


Blends well with: Cardamom, Frankincense, Myrrh, Myrtle, Neroli, Orange, Petitgrain and Sandalwood


The Benzoin tree originates in Java, Sumatra and Thailand. Resinous lumps become hard and brittle when collected from deep incisions made into the tree’s trunk. The resin is then processed by solvent extraction to produce thick resinous oil.
