Black Currant Seed Oil

Botanical Name: Ribes nigrum

Clear pale yellow to golden yellow with a strong, heavy, oily scent.

Common Uses: Rich in antioxidants and gamma-linolenic acid. Studies show it to be good for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Can be added to lotions for increasing elasticity in skin and to nourish skin tissues. Often combined with Vitamin E to prevent oxidation.

Shelf Life: up to 2 years with proper storage (cool, out of direct sunlight). Refrigeration after opening if possible.
