Usage: Peppermint Japanese is typically used in incense, soaps, cosmetics, and aromatics and is widely used in skin and hair care products due to its cooling effect. Anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antiseptic, antiviral, emmenagogue, expectorant, nervine, stomachic, and vermifuge. Note: This oil may form crystals during transit or storage. Gentle warming in a hot water bath and stirring may be required to be brought back to a liquid state. The oil can also be warmed with alcohol and/or oils as it is insoluble in water.

Blends well with: Basil, Bergamot, Cajeput, Cedarwood, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Lime, Mandarin, Marjoram, Niaouli, Pine, Rosemary, and Thyme.

The peppermint plant is a cross between a number of wild mints. The plant grows to about 1 to 3 ft and has a purplish stem and pale-violet flowers.
