Politique de remboursement

Returns are limited due to the nature of our products. We cannot accept returns on any oils, fragrances or ingredients used to make body products. We can only accept returns on incorrect items, unacceptable quality or damages. These must be reported to Canwax within 10 days of receiving your order.

Any returns must be authorized by our customer service team and must be returned within 10 days of authorization. 

If the product being returned is not due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for packaging the product for a safe return, the shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15%.

We know sometimes you have to cancel an order - however, please note, If an order is cancelled before being processed there is a 3% fee to cover any credit card fees.
