hi everyone i know there are alot of candle makers out there but can anyone talk soap to me ..
i have been doing melt and pour and inventing alot of my own moulds etc....and would love to hear some new ideas out there....
the one thing i am having problems with is quite a few people tend to have dry skin after the goats milk soap and the olive soap...is this something that can be avoided..and it also melts very quickly when the soap is being used

I primarily use the transparent base and then add my goodies to it... I have great success with using that with and adding reconsituted goat's milk powder. I prefer the powder as I can keep the goat's milk concentration heavier. I have never had any complaints about my GM M&P soaps. I have very sensitive skin also and it's what i use without any problems. I have not used the olive base...

The nature of the soap is for it to "melt" quickly when being used... especially if people are leaving it sitting in any amount of water.
hope that helps
